Stayed 4 times. Will continue to return when life brings us to the area. Location is perfect and the home is very well maintained. It is good to know that there is no restroom on the first floor. Hosts are quick to respond and very kind. 

When traveling to Yuma, do yourself and loved ones a favor and stay at this property! The spacious home is in a super safe neighborhood, it is immaculately maintained, has a pool, a great kitchen and plenty of charm. We had a great time and will return!! 

Would stay again but it’s booked up for a while. Nice clean home 

Great home and clean! Bathrooms are up stairs which is a good to know if stairs are difficult for you otherwise 10/10

I didn’t realize there was no bathroom on the ground floor. Very inconvenient for us older folks. The mat outside the sliding glass door is very slippery when wet. Two of us slipped and I fell hard on the ground

Our team enjoyed a great stay at Johanna's place, we would recommend this house to anyone coming to Yuma. Johanna is a great host and we will definitely consider staying here again if we travel to Yuma.

We came to Arizona on an emergency trip to see family. This house was the perfect place to stay. The neighborhood is quiet. The only noise we heard was leaf blowers, and only when we were outside. The house is painted inside with calm colors, with coordinating carpet and tile floors. The thing we enjoyed most was sitting outside in the early morning with a cup of coffee, listening to the birds. The backyard is a dream with shaded areas, a pool and comfortable furniture. We were welcomed with a basket of snacks and a binder with information about the house and pool. We would happily stay in this house again when we come back. 

Wonderful welcoming home! Great shower, comfortable bed. A snack basket that was awesome! And a beautiful pool that we enjoyed! Close to Walmart and a great Thai restaurant!

We enjoyed our 3 month stay very much. It was our first Airbnb experience and we are so fortunate to have chosen to stay at Johanna and Aaron’s home. Kind, considerate and lovely people with a home to match an extension of those qualities. 

We enjoyed our stay at this location in Yuma. The homes here are clearly newly constructed and have plenty of space. The bed was comfortable and we were pleased with the space for our children. We were glad we brought a baby gate for the stairs for our 2 year old but also found it useful because pets are not permitted in most of the house (exception being the kitchen and living room). They had a basket of snacks waiting for us and brought over baking dishes for our Thanksgiving meal when we requested them. The home has a tenant in downstairs unit. We were not expecting to have to keep our kids from running around early in the am in the upstairs space, but worked around it. Just wanted to make sure future guests are aware in case you stay in whole homes like we do so your kids can be unrestricted.

This home was perfect for our family to stay in as we had a month booking while we were in transition from our old home to our new home. This house was exactly as described, the hosts were very responsive and we enjoyed our stay! Would recommend and stay at this place again. 

The house and pool were perfect for relaxing. Couldn’t ask for a better place. Restaurants and shop are within a few miles. I will be back. 

We had a wonderful stay and Johanna and Aaron’s home. They were very responsive from start to finish. The home was very clean upon arrival and they had a wonderful welcome basket full of goodies for us, which was such a lovely touch! The fragrance or deodorizer used was very strong upon arrival, but subsided after a day. The kitchen was stocked fairly well with cooking supplies, but I would suggest adding dinnerware that is safe to use in the microwave. Bathrooms only upstairs isn’t ideal, but this is noted in the description of this property. There is an attached/separate rental unit on this home that was not noted in the description, but would be helpful to note for future visitors. The pool was lovely and clean. We enjoyed it very much! The outdoor furniture was nice and they had two umbrellas to keep us shaded well. The outdoor BBQ was great and they had all the necessities we needed on hand. The front yard is enclosed and safe for our kids and dog. Thank you for a lovely stay! 

Excellent stay. Quiet, safe neighborhood and home is on a cul-de-sac so very limited traffic. Home was in pristine condition with bi-weekly pool service. Our pups felt right at home and loved the whole fenced in yard. We booked last minute due to a death in the family and were so grateful to have a space for all of us to stay together with room enough to receive guests. We feel blessed to have had this time together and hosts who were responsive, flexible, and provided ample amenities to make it feel like home. 

Home was lovely, pool delightful. Kitchen could use a few more utensils and a bit more cookware and dishes. But we may cook more than the average guests. Bought a few things and simply left them there for the next guests: pot holders, small spatula, small cutting board.

Backyard truly delightful.

We had a wonderful family Christmas here! There was a basket of yummy goodies for us. The kitchen was well stocked with spice and plenty of pots & pans to cook our Christmas dinner. We had 4 staying there and a gathering of 6 adults plus 2 children and enjoyed the space inside and outside plus the high chair they provided for us.

There's someone living in an attached room which we didn't know when we arrived and so we were concerned about some noises in the night. And a few bar chairs and bedroom furniture need to be sturdier.

The house was very nice and accommodating. Host we're easy to contact and work with. The location was great close to airport Walmart and a short drive to the border. We would stay again if ever in the area. 

The house is amazing and super clean. nice pool. the only complaint is that there isn't a bathroomon the first floor. would highly recommend. 

Beautiful house , great hosts 

This has been one of the best Air bnb homes we have ever stayed. Johanna was over the top with the Christmas decorations. The home is beautiful, well taken care of, and very clean. The gym in the garage is a first for me, but we loved it. We saved money by not paying day fees at the local gym. The exterior patio is very nice, the beds are soft, the sofas are comfortable, for a moment, we thought we were home. We will stay here again when we come back and visit the family in the future. 

Place was spotless on our arrival. House was as advertised and provided a great place for our family to stay while visiting. Will definitely look this place up next time!!! 

Rented for family during thanksgiving. Worked well but note the pet policies! May not work for all pets as most of the bedrooms are upstairs and pets are not allowed upstairs 

This place was perfect for my extended family in town for my father's memorial. Great combination of common spaces and private spaces. The location was excellent in a well maintained, quiet, and nice neighborhood. I will definitely book again for a future stay. 

Once again, we had a wonderful stay. This home is comfortable and in the prefect location. The home is clean, and the hosts are great. We have booked this house 3 times now and plan to book it again whenever we are visiting Yuma....if it is available. I look forward to our next stay.

This is our second staying in this home and, we have already booked it for a third stay. The home is very comfortable. Hosts are great to work with. We will be booking this home whenever we are in Yuma if the property is available. It is a wonderful location in a quiet neighborhood. It is a perfect place for my family to get together and hang out. I highly recommend it.

We had a Amazon package delivered and the mailman put it in their mailbox. The owners came over right away and gave us the package. Highly recommend this house. Place was clean, quiet, and in a beautiful, new neighborhood near the Yuma Foothills. Perfect for a short term rental / lease. Johanna and Aaron were incredibly friendly and always responsive to any questions or concerns I had. Would recommend and stay again!
